Get to know the HP SDN App Store at Interop

We?ve heard a lot about the ?consumerization of IT? for the past few years; I believe what we?re seeing now is that even enterprise networking is manifesting that trend. Our past few quarters of experience with the HP SDN App Store is a proof point of this distinct trend. As I noted in an earlier post to this blog, we?ve now moved beyond discussions of the definition of SDN and questions about its value, and we?re at the point where it?s poised for customer adoption. Customers are now downloading SDN apps and solving real-world IT problems. In some ways you can?t ignore the similarity with the consumer mobile revolution of downloading apps for the last handful of years.
