32 bit version has been released

Brian Dao:
There were some issues with the 32 bit version and it was taken down for recompiling.
The issues were fixed and Pinkie v2.15 32 bit has been recompiled and working properly.
  Many thanks to Fred de Gast from Netherlands for reported the issues and tested the 32 bit version.
