OK, first let me some I really like this app. I ran it some time back with out issue. i don't know if this is a different version or the same but I downloaded it again this time.
I am pinging one IP, no problems. I right click on "Workspace" and "add host" and added the another IP. If I right click and start to select Ping, I get this error message every time it attempts to ping. i can't do anything but kill it using task manager.

Error occurred while updating ping results.
The given key was not present in the dictionary.

I use Pinkie everyday and haven't run into any error like this.
What version are you running?
Can you post a screenshot or provide a bit more details as I am not quite follow you.  In the last step, where did you right click and what were trying to do?
