Have you ever been on a wireless call and the WiFi either dropped, or silent gaps cropped up during your conversation while the network bars on your mobile device faded in and out?

 

Users have long preferred Unified Communications (UC) and VoIP applications due to their ease of use (click-to-call) and low cost (no long distance, conferencing, or mobile minute charges).
